Quadrant I: Urgent & Important (Do First)

  • Crises, deadlines, and urgent issues that need your immediate attention. Quadrant II: Important & Not Urgent (Schedule)
  • Planning, prevention, and relationship-building that are crucial for long-term goals but don’t have an immediate deadline. Quadrant III: Urgent & Not Important (Delegate)
  • Tasks that demand attention but don’t contribute to your main goals, like some interruptions or unnecessary meetings. Quadrant IV: Not Urgent & Not Important (Delete)
  • Distractions, busywork, and time-wasters that should be avoided or eliminated.
